Meet the team
Joey and Carina met Paul while working at the George, Birdlip and the three now run the Waypoint at Lilleybrook Golf Club, Charton Kings, and our very own Black Horse.Chef Paul manages our kitchen and his partner Tania looks after front of house, ably supported by a small local team.
